Position: Client Services Representative

Location: Dallas, TX

Classification: Exempt

Reports to:  Department Manager of Client Services

Compensation: Competitive Salary

Essential Functions

Reports to Department Manager of Client Services

Main point of contact for largest institutional clients of RTR

Work with executive management within the company to ensure accuracy in responding to client requests

Close colaboration with internal departments to provide thorough and accurate responses to formal requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) from existing and prospective clients

Serve as the lead for remote and onsite client audits by preparing, organizing, and running assessment requests

Coordinate, participate and document meetings and conference calls, and handle daily communication with potential and existing clients

Work closely with Business Development and Loan Boardning to coordinate account placements when new business has been awarded

Distribute information throughout the organization and ensure proper implementation including follow up

Provide internal management with appropriate feedback from all communications with potential and existing clients

Assist in managing Client Services inbox which receives approximately 100 emails per day

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree with 3.0 GPA or Higher required

Two (2) years’ experience in the business-to-business interactions of the mortgage servicing and/or consumer debt collections industries preferred

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word and Excel

Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure managing multiple deadlines and deliverables concurrently

Communicate effectively and concisely with all levels of personnel both verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders

Detail oriented with the ability to work independently and within a team construct

Effectively prioritize a variety of tasks simultaneously

Self-motivated and assertive team player with strong organizational skills

Poise and professionalism in social settings

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including electronic keyboard, mouse and telephone.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 

While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate over the phone and listen to the institutional clients of the Company.  He/she may be required to sit and review information on a computer screen for long periods of time as well as perform repetitive motions of the hands and wrist related to writing and typing at an electronic keyboard.

This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position; extended work hours and/or overtime may be required as dictated and/or approved by management and business needs.
