As a Bilingual Customer Solutions Professional (CSP) specializing in mortgage collections, you will be responsible for reviewing accounts, determining the best strategy to engage clients, and executing plans to recover outstanding balances. Essential Functions
- Conduct thorough research on assigned accounts using internal systems and approved external resources
- Design and implement customized collection strategies using phone calls, emails, and standard mail correspondence
- Consistently meet or exceed financial recovery goals through strategic outreach
- Collaborate with team members to share ideas and develop effective revenue-generating methods
- Quickly assess and resolve issues in ways that promote revenue recovery and customer satisfaction
- Build rapport and engage customers by delivering exceptional service and going the extra mile
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the company’s call center system
- Achieve personal and team performance targets related to call quality, compliance, and collections metrics
Qualifications and Skills
- Advanced Bilingual Proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent related work experience is required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Prior experience in collections a plus
- Proven track record as a top performer
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills required

Work Environment
This job operates in a hybrid setting, splitting time between professional office environment and remote home office set up. In both scenarios, this role routinely uses standard office equipment, including electronic keyboard, mouse, and telephone.
- Office Call Center: When in the office, the environment is a typical call center within a professional office setting. This includes working alongside other team members in a structured setting, which may involve background noise and the necessity for cooperative and coordinated team interactions.
- Remote Home Office: When working remotely, the employee is expected to maintain a dedicated and quiet workspace free from distractions, mirroring the professional standards of the call center environment.
