Responsible for completing quality reviews of the various task that are completed in the with Operations Support Department, including but not limited to the audit of lien release documents for accuracy and to ensure the document is processed with the internal and state compliance requirements, review that inbound correspondence is processed accurately and within the internal guidelines, etc.…. Provide audit results to processors and management to ensure a high quality of department functionality.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform a timely quality review of prepared lien release documents, checking for correct loan level information, typographical errors, correct beneficiary signing, correct notary information, state timelines have been meet, etc.…
  • Perform a quality review of a partial population of inbound correspondence to assure that correspondence processing is completed accurately and within the internal guidelines.
  • Track audit results and submit monthly result reports to the department managers.
  • Partner with managers to identify gaps in the process and develop remediation plans when applicable.
  • Provide feedback to analyst on failed Lien Release audits and track corrections before the release is sent for recording.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited: acting as back up for other employees and special projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1+ Years of Mortgage Experience
  • Ability to perform computer research
  • Self-motivated with a good attitude
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Displays strong organizational abilities and time management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to make decisions independently within set policies/procedures.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving skills and sound judgment
  • Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check & drug screen to client-required standards
