Work closely with various departments to provide thorough and accurate responses to formal requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) from existing and prospective clients
Prepare and organize assessment requests for onsite and remote client reviews / audits
Coordinate, participate, and document meetings and conference calls, and handle daily communication with potential and existing clients
Track and follow up on tasks associated with new and existing client request and directives
Facilitate new client implementations and servicing transfers
Distribute information throughout the organization and to its clients ensuring proper implementation and timely completion
Provide internal management with appropriate feedback from all communications with potential and existing clients
Utilize department’s system-of-record to track numerous work request ensuring on time completion
Assist in managing Client Services inbox
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree with 3.0 GPA or equivalent work experience
Finance or Accounting degree preferred
Two (2) years business-to-business experience preferred
Two (2) years experience in mortgage servicing, consumer debt collections, or other financial services industries preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
Communicate effectively and concisely with all levels of personnel both verbally and in writing
Detail oriented with the ability to work independently and within deadlines
Effectively prioritize a variety of tasks simultaneously
Self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills
Poise and professionalism in social settings
Ability to maintain confidentiality
